The problem may be that one of the supporting files, dao350.dll, is not registered on your system.
The first step is to download the dao350.dll file from the following link:
1) First, make sure that no programs are running.
2) Copy and paste the dao350.dll file into the following directory in your computer.
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\dao\
(To get there, double click the 'MyComputer' icon on your desktop, then C drive, then Program Files , then Common Files and so on until you are in the dao directory.)
There may already be a file with the same name at this location. If so, remove that file and place it in another location where you can find it if you need it later. Then paste the dao350.dll file that you just now downloaded.
3) Now Click the START button on your desktop, then click Run.
4) In the "Open:" box, type in (or better still, PLEASE COPY THE LINE BELOW AND PASTE IT)
Regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\dao\dao350.dll"
Click OK
5) You should see a message as follows "DllRegisterServer in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\dao\dao350.dll succeeded."
